We are super excited to announce the arrival of our 20kw laser. With not only extraordinary speeds this machine offers a 6.2 x 2.6 meter cutting bed. Cutting up to 32mm mild steel and 40mm stainless and aluminium plate

We are excited to announce the arrival of our new 2023 20kw Bystronic laser cutter for all your laser cutting needs. With a supersized cutting area of 6.2 x 2.6m and capabilities to cut a whopping mild steel plate thickness of 32mm, and 40mm stainless steel and aluminium. 

Along side our laser and plasma services Cut Fold NZ also offers machining; providing a one stop shop to all our customers. We are equip with multiple lathes up to 3m and a CNC milling machine . Our experianced team offer drilling, tapping, countersinking and a range of machining for all your needs 

Plasma cutting provides a excellent and cost effective cutting solution. Our Plazmax 5 axis plasma cutter also provides bevel cutting to ensure we can provide the service for all our customers needs  

Our presses range up to a 320 tonne,  with a folding length of 4.2 metres. With large overhead gauntrys this enables us to provide pressing for all your needs. With a wide range of tooling our pressing team are equip for all your folding needs

Gantry Crane

Cut Fold NZ purpose built premises is equipt with 2x 12.5 tonne overhead gantry cranes for safe and effient lifting.
